REGLAZES FROM £35
Our reglaze service allows customers to replace lenses in their current glasses.
Frame must be fit for reglaze.
A reglaze form must be signed.
Additional costs may apply for certain prescriptions.
Extra lens and coating options available at additional costs.
SAME DAY GLAZING
Our on-site glazing laboratory allows us to glaze most single vision lenses in the same day.
All single vision (out of range) or special lenses (Varifocals, Transitons, polarised, bifocal) will need to be ordered and may take up to 7-10 working days before completion.
Lenses for sports and safety eyewear will also need to be ordered before glazing takes place.
FRAME REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Free adjustments in-store for all of our customers.
Frames will be inspected before any adjustment or repair is carried out.
Allspecs reserves the right to reject any frame that is not fit to withstand a repair or adjustment.
FRAME REPLACEMENT PARTS
Any sunglass lenses or frame parts ordered direct with the manufacturer will be at an additional cost. Allspecs will advise the customer of cost before ordering.
Any lenses or parts ordered direct with the manufacturer are subject to availability.
Lenses and parts usually arrive within 7-10 working days. This delivery date is estimated and may take longer due to the lenses or parts being out of stock.
A deposit will need to be taken before lenses or parts are ordered.
ALLSPECS GIFT VOUCHERS
Each gift voucher is valid for one-time use only.
No cash, credit or exchange alternative is available.
All gift vouchers are individually dated and expire one year from the date of issue.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers.
If the total purchase amount is more than the value of the gift voucher, payment of the balance will be required at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot be used towards the payment of eye examinations.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers and such gift voucher shall not be refunded or replaced.
